鎖定鋼板和PFNA治療股骨粗隆間骨折的療效對比

摘要：目的：探析鎖定鋼板和PFNA治療股骨粗隆間骨折的療效。方法：選取我院收治的64例股骨粗隆間骨折患者為研究資料，將其分為兩組，每組32例。對照組給予鎖定鋼板治療，觀察組給予PFNA治療，對比分析臨床效果。結(jié)果：觀察組的治療優(yōu)良率為96.88%，優(yōu)于對照組的78.13%（P＜0.05）；觀察組的手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量均明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論：PFNA治療股骨粗隆間骨折的效果優(yōu)于鎖定鋼板，且手術(shù)時間短，術(shù)中出血量少，具有臨床應(yīng)用和推廣價值。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of locking plate and PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 64 cases of intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with locking plate, the observation group was treated with PFNA, the clinical effect was analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of observation group was 78.13%, better than that of the control group (P< 0.05); the operation time and blood loss in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion PFNA in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture is superior to the locking plate, and the operation time is short, the amount of bleeding is less, and has clinical application and promotion value.
