基于就業(yè)談高職思政教育的職能問題

On the Functions of Higher Vocational Ideological and Political Education Oriented by Employment

摘要：對于高職院校來說，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的就業(yè)意識和就業(yè)能力至關(guān)重要，這主要是由高職院校的特點(diǎn)所決定的，高職院校在開展思想政治工作的過程中，必須以就業(yè)作為高職思想政治教育的重要職能之一，只有履行好這一職能，積極推動高職院校思想政治教學(xué)改革和創(chuàng)新，才能使高職院校思想政治教育煥發(fā)出新的生機(jī)與活力。本文從就業(yè)的角度對高職思想政治教學(xué)的職能問題進(jìn)行了探討，首先分析了“就業(yè)導(dǎo)向”下高職思想政治教育的職能；在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了“就業(yè)導(dǎo)向”下高職思想政治教育存在的突出問題；最后就如何履行好“就業(yè)導(dǎo)向”下高職思想政治教育職能提出一些有針對性的解決對策，希望能夠?qū)Ω母锖蛣?chuàng)新高職思想政治教育提供一些有益的參考。

Abstract：It is crucial for higher vocational colleges to cultivate students' sense of employment and employability, which is mainly determined by the characteristics of higher vocational colleges. In higher vocational ideological and political work, employment must be regarded as an important function of higher vocational ideological and political education. Only by performing this func-tion well can we promote the reform and innovation of higher vo-cational ideological and political teaching and vitalize higher vo-cational ideological and political education. This paper explores the functions of higher vocational ideological and political teach-ing from the perspective of employment, first analyzing the func-tions of higher vocational ideological and political education ori-ented by employment, then analyzing the prominent problems of political education oriented by employment, and finally proposing some pertinent countermeasures on how to fulfill the functions of higher vocational ideological and political education oriented by employment. The writer hopes to provide some beneficial refer-ences for the reform and innovation of higher vocational ideologi-cal and political education.
