摘要：獨立學(xué)院是高等教育大眾化背景下應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的重要組成部分。近來，李克強總理多次在公開場合號召“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)，萬眾創(chuàng)新”，大學(xué)生結(jié)合專業(yè)優(yōu)勢開展的科技創(chuàng)新活動越來越得到更好的鼓勵和支持。近幾年來，廈門大學(xué)嘉庚學(xué)院機電工程系在大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新機制上進行了有益的探索并取得了優(yōu)異成績，經(jīng)歷科技創(chuàng)新實踐的學(xué)生在就業(yè)單位受到青睞，同時個性化能力得到了充分發(fā)揮。

Abstract：The independent college is an important part of the training of Applied Talents in the background of the popular-ization of higher education. Recently, Premier Li Keqiang repeatedly in publicly called for a"public entrepreneurship, innova-tion and peoples', college students with professional advantages to carry out technological innovation activities more and more better to encourage and support. In recent years, Xiamen University Institute of mechanical and electrical engineering depart-ment in the college students' scientific and technological innovation mechanism were beneficial exploration and achieved ex-cellent results, students of science and technology innovation practice experience in the employment unit favored, also ability to personalize has been into full play.
